The Taurus Group (TVG) brings together colleagues, friends, family, and others to collaborate on a broad range of real estate related investments. TVG considers opportunities across commercial office, residential, retail, hospitality, industrial, raw land and private REIT investments. TVG was formed by Certified Public Accountants with over 25 years of public accounting experience which includes analyzing, providing tax entity structuring and tax efficiency modeling for real estate property acquisitions and dispositions.
Opportunities
Each opportunity presented to TVG undergoes a review and due diligence process shared among members, and participation is completely optional for each deal. Each investment is structured through a separate LLC, ensuring transparency, liability protection, clear ownership, and no commingling of assets. These LLCs do not acquire real estate directly; instead, they hold a limited liability interest in a real estate investment managed by the deal’s operator (the sponsor).
Expertise
TVG’s founders and colleagues typically have long-standing business relationships with each sponsor and have transparency into their financial condition and how they use and deploy funds. This direct knowledge provides TVG with the ability to assess investment opportunities and reduce investment risk.

Reporting
Deal-related documentation and correspondence are posted to a secure admin portal. Tax returns and K-1s for investments made are prepared by an affiliate controlled by one of the CPA founders of TVG.
